Changes to the draft language

1. Community members and school staff members cited for membership on the advisory committee should be community members with knowledge of and concern about gifted services and school staff members who work in gifted education.
2. Gifted students will not be on the district committee. Some concern was also raised about having gifted students on the committee as if the only gifted students in a small community are young elementary students, their required participation on the committee might be inappropriate/problematic.
