WHERE: Erna Ferguson Library — Meeting Room 888-8100) WHO: Parents and teachers of middle school students or 5th graders going into middle school next year PLEASE REGISTER AT: http://aagtsmar6.eventbrite.com/ WHAT: There is often confusion about what can be included in a middle school IEP because gifted services vary from one school to the next. This meeting will discuss the following topics: • Guidance on what to include in the student's IEP • APS guidance on how to write the IEP to the student's needs • What gifted services are currently offered at which schools • Q & A Please bring your child's current IEP and diagnostic results if available; this may be helpful in providing more specific information If you cannot attend and would like information or have questions, please email info@aagts.com and we will contact you.
